· Responsible for design and implementation of the service administration module, a key system component enabling customer mobile operators worldwide to manage end-user accounts and to carry-out system maintenance.
· Multi-threaded server application programming in C / Win32SDK
· Acknowledged by manager and QA team for producing robust, documented and reliable releases which reduced the burden on QA team and customer-care staff.
