Engagement manager for E-Business enablement project for HG Capital private equity as it was spun out from Merrill Lynch. (£60,000 budget)

Designed, implemented and helped sell a telemedicine solution for general dermatology that has been rolled out for use by several GP practices and dermatologists across the Sheffield region. (£150,000 budget)

Functional Requirements for an e-CRM project for a pharmaceutical multi-national including interviews and field visits with a profiled selection of senior management to sales representatives across the UK. (£75,000 budget)

Dec 1997 – Dec 1999 Client: Johnson & Johnson Capital
Strategic planning for a new healthcare business through identification of the combining market potentials of healthcare and e-Business. Included identification of new opportunities arising from the PCG/PCTs and the development of core service offerings. (£20 million budget)

Jan 1998 – Mar 1998 Client: Janssen-Cilag PLC
Led a team of three consultants to produce an Internet technology based diabetes disease management solution for a new Dutch venture.

May 1997 – Dec 1997 Client: Kingston General Practice
Created an Intranet for UK Physicians with over 1,000 registered doctors. Designed and built server infrastructure including planning for resilience, security, extensibility and remote access.
