Engaged by Novacroft Ltd to design and deliver an Oyster card processing solution for Transport for London. Full business lifecyle with systems for online and hard copy applications. including call centre data management systems to production and delivery of smart cards.

BT Directories replacement system. System to replace existing phone directories system ready for inclusion of mobile platform numbers. Java web application with various batch interfaces and integration with various different platforms.


• Worked closely with clients and end users to complete functional and technical designs for a phone directories system for BT.
• Acted as team lead for a team of 6 developers for Java/J2EE web based application.
